Super Suds Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience with Super Suds Car Wash. After going through the wash, I noticed multiple scratches and damage to my vehicle’s paint that weren’t there beforehand. I take good care of my vehicle, so seeing the paint in that condition was extremely frustrating. I expected a safe, quality wash, but instead I was left with damage that will likely cost money to repair. I hope the business takes situations like this seriously and inspects its equipment to prevent this from happening to other customers. Doesnt even have a number I can call to let them know what happened

Used to frequent this car wash often, the automatic wash to the far right. I would purchase the most expensive wash every time, $15. Used to do a great job cleaning and waxing the car. The last two times were terrible. The car actually came out worse than when it went it. The water spots were horrible. Not sure if the spot free rinse wasn't working at the time but I do know the dryer absolutely was not operational. I emailed them twice requesting a $30 refund with no response. I would steer clear from these folks. In my email I mentioned they were technically stealing by accepting customers money while fully aware of a defective car wash.

This place needs to be condemned. James Island is too nice of tourist location to have a delapidated dump like this sitting there. Really pathetic and shameful.

I tried to buy a car wash on a day when the automated machine was apparently broken, but I did not know this untill after swiping my card. Since no charge went through at that time, I just went to another car wash. The next day, my card was charged twice for $30 ($60 total) about 3 hours apart. I'm not sure why, the most expensive car wash doesn't even cost $30. I've tried reaching out THREE TIMES to receive a refund, but the only way I could contact them was through the form on their website. They never responded and now I'm out $60 and received nothing for it. Save your money and the stress and go somewhere else. Screw this place.

used to LOVE this car wash, affordable & consistent BUT this is the 2nd time in 2wks that the vacuum machine ate my money! I was able to spend $2.00 & then when I went to put in my last set of 4 quarters it ate $.25 … I asked the man next to me to borrow $.25 put it in the machine still did not turn on! He was so kind to give me another $.25 and the machine still didn’t turn on! Do not use machine #5 five use machine # 4 Not just a dollar I used it $2.00 worth & then it ate it!!
